Once our VAs are ready to join our clients, we schedule an onboarding call to introduce them and establish a working rhythm. Our hiring managers personally guide clients in delegating tasks to their VAs. They're present on Zoom calls during the first few weeks to ensure a smooth start to the partnership. Additionally, our hiring managers check in occasionally with both the client and VA to ensure everything is going well.
